The application is for a submarine when she is underwater. The
convertor is to be fitted in the cabins so that the CO2 being exhaled
by the men can be converted into O2.

Hi gurjit1-ga

The product you are looking for is called an Air Scrubber, Air
Revitalisation System (ARS), or, when used by just one person, a
Personal CO2 Scrubber.

Information on all of these products can be found here:

ASTRIUM GmbH is a manufacturer of air contamination control devices
to absorb carbon dioxide and odours in closed compartments on
submarines. Products include the SBG, Personal CO2 Scrubber and
Regenerative Contamination Control Assembly, RSBG.

Further information on air scrubbing technology is here –

Also, SCUBA rebreather technology might be useful for you to
understand as well. A rebreather is a SCUBA device that allows you to
breathe your own air over and over again and produce no bubbles.

How does a rebreather work?
