We are planning a campaigne where we are going to use trained
elephant.  The campaigne is going to be held in Republic of Georgia
(Caucasus Region).  Naturaly there are no elephants in the country.  I
am interested how and exactly from where can I get (rent or any other
way) the trained elephant with a trainer, to use in my campaign.

Since I've been a researcher I have successfully found a pig for a
party in New Jersey, giraffes in Canada, extinct animals in Europe,
and an elephant preserve in Cambodia, but your question has me stuck.

The best I can do is suggest that you contact the Zoo in Tbilisi. They
may have an elephant there, and if not, they may be able to point you
in the right direction.

I also see that Tbilisi has a "circus." It's not clear to me that a
circus in Georgia is the same as what we consider to be a circus here
in North America, but many of our circuses have trained elephants, so
this may be an avenue you can pursue.

In Tbilisi you can visit several museums, theatres, the circus and
national zoo.
