I want to use a known bank in US directly. I'm not interested in
internet solicitors, like http://www.non-us.com. I want to to deal
directly with a bank.
I am not living in US, nor have any business there.
I'm interested in having a current account managed via internet that
gets me a payment card (debit, charge or credit).

Hi there,

I have previously researched this for my own purposes, and the only
service worth using that I found is Valis International:
http://www2.valisinternational.com/?pg=personal

However, they are not a bank themselves.
