I am trying to locate a clinic/hospital in Europe, preferable in the
UK, or Germany that can administer "cure for herpes."  This cure has
not passed the FDA here in the states, and I have been told that
European countries are having great success!

I am not sure what the cure is!  I have read from many US sites "" 
There is no know cure for herpes today (in the US), but in Europe, and
South America there are a few treatments that are known to stop (or
cure) herpes.  This drug/treatment is not yet approved for use in the
US (has not met FDA approval...and probably will not, due to US
companies being so close to a cure)  The articles I have read say that
these treatments in most cases at least stop the transmission aspect
of the virus, and in other cases eliminate recurrences all together.
Let me know if you need more clarification, but I think that is all I
have right now....
