The estimate for 2004 is $71,482,000

I need to find out the operating budget (particularly the IT budget)
for NCBI.

NCBI is the National Centre for Biotechnology Information and it runs
a large genomics database as part of the National Library of Medicine.

NCBI is part of the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH).
 The NIH is part of the US Dept of Health and Human Services.

As this is a publicly funded organisation, its financial details
whould be publicly available.  I need to know how to access this
information.
