With regards to modeling agencies, how do they work? In understanding
that this is a general question, but let's say it's a very simply
agency with 1 model and 1 agent. Where would the agent find companies
that want the model's talent, (are there places online, direct number
to call, how do you can in contact with these companies). Look forward
to an interesting answer.

1 agent with 1 client would be very unusual, since agents make it
their mission to know as many people in the business as possible. In
other words, they already have all the connections (that's why they
are an agent, in part), so finding work for a good model (or actor or
singer, etc.) is a snap.
