I have changed my question and posted a new one, the model is the five
forces analysis, but finally I prefer to develop it in a different
way, Can you help me with the following one.

Which are the impacts of E Commerce in the travel Industry (Both On
line and Offline) Intelligent Agents. How does apply Michael Porter's
"industry analysis" model to the case.
