I am a theater critic for a local New York newspaper.I review Broadway and off Broadway productions.Is there a web site or organization where I can get a free theater ticket? I have credentiale. Thanks. |

Don't bother with getting free tickets. Just submit the cost on your expense report. |

I would suggest contacting each box office and telling them who you are and faxing them a copy of your credentials. |

If you are working for a reputable paper, and reviewing in a reputable manner, your paper should always pay the price of the tickets. It saves any question as to bias in the review. |

I agree with burry-ga. I used to date a critic, and he refused any offers of freebies, since accepting them might imply that he was being "bought off." Any decent publication that employs a critic should be able to spring for the tickets. It's a legitimate business expense that should be covered by your employer. |
