Trying to find any information about an artist named Jose Maria Montaldo

Where (what city/state/country) did you obtain this print?  Does it
have a title or briefly described the subject matter of the painting.

I purchased it at an estate sale here in Dallas,Texas. The woman I
purchased it from said thatit had  been given to the woman who had
passed away by her husband when she lived in France. It is a scene of
a city street.In the lower right corner is the artist's name Jose
Maria Montaldo, 1962. The scene is of a street going up a hilside with
the city in the background. The buildings have what appear to be red
tiled roofs. I thought it might be Italian or Spanish but am not
sure.Is there any way that I can forward a photo ofit to you to see?
