Hi there,

What information are you after exactly?

"In May 2001, the law firms of Sidley & Austin and Brown & Wood merged
to become Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, a significant legal power in the
international arena. The combination of these two legal authorities
creates a new kind of law firm. The two firms meld a 235-year combined
legacy of service and legal innovation. The merger creates a firm of
more than 1400 attorneys and combines the highly-rated and inventive
capital markets practice of Brown & Wood with Sidley & Austin's full
array of corporate, banking, regulatory, intellectual property and
litigation capabilities."

It appears that from that quote that this is a law firm that has
resulted from a merger. They deal with several different branches of
law including "cyberlaw".

If this answers your question let me know and I'll post it as the
official answer :)

financial institutions or lenders pay to that lawyers
organization for the processing of real estate loans or the
borrowers have to pay to that lawyers organization for the
processing of real estate loans? Thanks.

Hi again,

I doubt that this information is publicly available aside from a
couple of clients whose affairs have reached the media. In any event,
the list price of this question is not sufficient to warrant delivery
of this type of information.

answerguru-ga you said that the list price of this posted
question is not sufficient to provide answer to my clarification
request so therefore I have now increased the list price of this
question to US$ 5 and I think that now the answer to that
clarification request can be answered. Thanks.
