I am currently in a 50-50 business partnership with my son-in-law and
i
want to transfer my 50% portion of the partnership to my daughter.
The partnership is in North Carolina. Are there any documents or
standard agreements I could use to that fit this situation and covers
the legal issues with doing this?
Thanks

Hello:

Can you tell me whether there is a written partnership agreement
already in place--if so, what does it say about transfers,
assignments, substitute partners, restrictions on transfer, etc.?

Also, it might be helpful to know what state the partnership is
organized in.

Thanks,
