I found a very interesting book about creativity techniques which is
unfortunately in Dutch. I would like to share its content with my
Spanish friends who only speak Spanish. Therefor I was wondering if I
could find sites online where I could translate tekst from Dutch to
Spanish. Like the google online language tools who unfortunately donīt
include Dutch. I donīt care if gramatics are not 100% ok. Ideally the
site should be free or with a small fee.

Here is a free translator from Dutch to Spanish.  If you scroll down
to "InterTran Translation Software" on the following page, you can
enter a limited amount of text and select a translation from Dutch to
either Latin American Spanish, Spanish, or European Spanish.

If you paste a lot of text at one time, the text might not translate. 
Also, you might not get a translation the first time you try it -- If
that happens, hit the back button on your browser and try again.  It
should work after a couple of tries, especially with small blocks of
text.

The page itself does not give a high rating to the translator, but I
have not seen another free alternative.  In any event, it should be
helpful (even if not perfect) for your Spanish friends.

Thank you for your quick and relevant reply justaskscott. Too bad I
tried the translation service and the quality of the translation was
as good as worthless (as the page itself rates it). Before rating the
question I was wondering if you perhaps could recommend a good value
for money real translation service. I have not a clue how much this
should cost.

What I will do is to look once more for a free online translation
service, but if I do not find it, look for a computer program or a
human translation service that is relatively inexpensive.

With respect to a computer program, I assume that I should seek
something compatible with Windows 98 or higher, but you can inform me
whether I should look for something else.

With respect to a human translation service, I should ask: How much
are you willing to spend?  About how many words would you need
translated?  (Translation services are often priced per word.)

Thanks. The book is about 280 pages so you are probably right that a
translation software would be a better option. I do have indeed a PC
labtop which runs windows 98 . How much I am will to spend ? Max 300€.
