customer service rep who answered the following questions for me:

Q: Can English 4's 2nd semester be taken on its own online? 
A: Yes.

Q: What is the cost?
A: $239 + $10 shipping

Q: Does that price include materials? 
A: Yes, even though the course is online, there is a textbook sent to
the student.
