Sure, I'll offer you some.

For the most part, I like your website.

I suspect you can improve on your conversion rate by adding a few
basic elements I think you are missing.

1. First off, you have two broken links. Under DreamWeaverMX
(beginning and intermediate), your demo doesn't work. While this may
seem trivial, it sends a message to your customer. In my view, the
website is your face to the world and has to be functioning perfectly.
When it doesn't, it tells your potential customers you are not paying
attention to the details. If they form that conclusion, the natural
question will be "will they also not pay attention to my order."

2. You need to develop a section on your site called "About Us." Who
are you? Why should I give you my money? How will I know you will be
there tomorrow? These questions are inevitably going through your
potential customers' minds. Without an explanation of who you are,
there is a question of trust unanswered in your visitors' minds.

3. You need to explain how customers will receive their products.
You should set up a Help Desk page, which pre-answers frequently asked
questions. Among them, should include:

a. when will my order be shipped
b. what is your product guarantee
c. what happens if I want to return the product
d. where do I return products to
e. how do I know my credit card and other personal information is safe
with you
f. is there a digital delivery option available

My suggestion would be to visit this particular section in 100 online
stores. You'll see a pattern which develops and will probably see a
reason why all these e-tailers are including this information.

Also, I would lose the flash banner ad on your home page. Your
visitor has already arrived. Personally, I find them very irritating
and have trained my eyes to avoid them (my personal opinion).

One of the most important missing elements on your site is a "Contact
Us" link. You may have a customer who is ready to buy, but has
questions. Without a mechanism to answer the question, evitably
you've lost the sale. I would include your phone number, address and
e-mail.

I hope this information helps. Good luck with your store.

Hey kev314,

We have some really knowledgeable and helpful researchers who I'm
certain would be willing to give your website a thorough review,
either from a design standpoint or from a technical standpoint.
However, the price you are offering is not enough to cover even a
cursory look at your site.

You may want to take a look at the web site reviews that researchers
have completed in the past, and see how they are priced. If you
decide to raise your price, these will give you a good idea of how
much you can expect for your money.
