I am doing some research for an international development charity in
the UK
and need a list of organisations/individuals who can carry out
planning and feasibility work in Latin America (Central and South
America inclusive). I need experienced regionally based development
practioners
with a knowledge of disability issues if possible. I have
been using words in searches such as "consultant" "development" "Latin
America" "disability" "NGOs" in Spanish and English and have come up
with very little. Other keywords could be "participatory appraisal",
"community based rehabilitation" "capacity building" and "training".
Can you guys help PLEASE!? Links/information in Spanish are fine.
Thanks!
