I am researching and evaluating Premium SMS services and other premium
rate mobile phone services as a business opportunity in Europe and am
looking for information in the following areas:

1) What are the types of premium services (Premium SMS, Premium mobile
services like 900 numbers in the US, EMS, MMS, etc.)?

2) What are the actual and forecasted revenues and growth rates of
these service areas in Europe?

3) What are currently the most successful services (e.g. selling
custom ring tones) and what are the emerging applications (e.g.
sending pictures)?  Any industry information (or links) about the
Asian market would probably give a useful indication of emerging
applications.

4) Who splits the revenue in these businesses (e.g. mobile phone
operators, service provider, content provider, application
provider)and what is the typical revenue split between these
participants?

5) Who are the biggest companies in this field in Europe (not
including the mobile phone operators)? What are their revenues?  Give
links to the company web sites where possible.

6) What are the main associations, government bodies, etc?

7) What are the most important, updated and useful newsletters, web
sites, and other sources of industry information?
