I'm looking for at least two examples of TV "spoof ads" that looks
like someone spoofed the company but actually turned out to have been
produced by the company in question, as a way of trying to build viral
marketing.

The tricky part of this question is determining whether the company in
question actually did produce the ad. Some companies that are
suspected of producing self-spoofing ads have denied it, but some
people do not believe the denials. See, for example, this recent
article:

"Buzz from a fake ad spoof? Priceless", by John Heinzl (June 6, 2003)
The Globe and Mail

Accordingly, would you be satisifed with two examples of TV (or
Internet) spoof ads that are widely suspected to have been produced by
the company in question?

Hi Scott,

I'd need to get confirmation that the companies later admitting to
trying to pull the wool over consumers' eyes. Should have mentioned
also that those two TV ads I'd need to be able to get at least the
audio from them...

This may be too tough for the price I've posted. Let me know.

It might be too tough for the price only because it seems that
companies generally don't own up to producing such ads. But I
wouldn't give up yet; perhaps one of us will find an ad or two for
you.
