I've gathered information about a number of flat panel display
technologies such as OLED, cholesteric LCs, electronic ink/paper,
ferroelectric, ZBD, etc but still dont feel that I have a thorough
account of each nor a full listings of display technologies being
offered.  The sparse information obtained is old and/or contradictory.

I'm looking for affordable "second-hand" books/papers on the latest
(2003) information on the Flat Panel Display market.  Titles such as
"Nikkei Microdevices' 2003 Flat Panel Display Yearbook" translated by
"US Display Consortium", and SID 2003 (May 18-23) sound interesting. 
Basically books/papers which can give me an up-to-date thorough
rundown on what display technologies are being considered for flat
panel displays (especially reflective displays) and their
advantages/disadvantages.  I need it in english.
