Hello jaygee-ga,
There has not yet been a final decision as to New York rent
stabilization. While originally scheduled to expire at the end of
June 15, the deadline has been extended three times, by one day each
time. So it is now set to expire at midnight tonight, June 18.
Newsday reported that it is likely to be extended again to Thursday
June 19, the last day of the legislative session.

You can keep track of the last development by checking these sources

"new york" rent pataki, which was the search I used to find these
articles. You should sort the results by date to see the latest
