There is no mention of such a browser online. Could you provide us
with more details...

Do you know the name of the program file (probably ends with .exe)?

Is it a stand-alone browser that looks and acts differently to
Microsoft Internet Explorer?

Is it a general web browser, or does it have a specific purpose?

If you go to File > Help > About, what does it say?

Hi it is from a copy (..C:\Program
Files\MS-Connect\Portal\portal.html..). I think it came from a email..
I have had it and can not keep my browser locked in. this happened
to another browser that got into my systen called Orbit.

Sw 10 and Orbit are not browsers... they are most likely adware
programs that got into your real browser program, either called
Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator (you're the one who knows
which it is). Try the advice in the forum pointed to by Robertskelton,
I'm sure it will help.
