what have been informed. The email I had(wouldn't go thru)was

1 I tried it with my number withheld and got a message saying they
would not accept anonymous calls.
2 Tried it again and got an *American* woman's voice saying the number
was not in use.
3 Called British Telecom to ask about the number and was told it was a
company phone number, not residential.
