Please provide a definitive interpretation of value of and chnage in
the following indicators related to Heart Rate Variability (HRV):

HR, RR, SDNN, RMSSD, TP, VLF, LF, HF, LFnorm, HFnorm, LF/HF

I understand what each of the indicators stands for but I want to know
what the VALUE or CHANGE to each indicator signifies eg what is the
normal range (age-based perhaps) for each indicator, what
impact/meaning/significance does being outside of the normal range
have, what impact/meaningsignificance does any drop or rise of any of
the indicators have. Please illustrate with actual values for the
indicators.
For example, I'm aware that HRV is associated with all-risk mortality
(& presumably longevity) - which indicators and thir values and
changes and over what time period support these insights? Also for
example, for LF, what does a drop from 354 to 35 over a 5 minute
interval signify? What does a drop of TP from 912 to 344 over a 5
minute interval signify. What does a drop of SDNN from 44 to 32 over a
5 minute interval signify? What synergies exist between the
indicators, what combination of values/changes provide specific
insights?
I'm willing to pay more for this answer but would like to see the
range and quality of an answer that may be put together.
Thanks for your help, Karon.
