Need to have a form inside an email message. NOT SEND A EMAIL OF THE
FORM RESULTS to someone, but instead I want to email a blank form to
someone and have them fill it out within their email client and then
click on send, and it delivers the answers back to my the ACTION page.

I Can send the HTML FORM to me email client but the behavior within
the email client is not correct. It will not allow me to use the space
bar when filling in the form. Different clients respond differently to
the use of the space bar within the client, but none of them put in
the space character inthe form field.
