Please get me - preferably from the web - the two or three best
write-ups on L1 Theory (Theory for the Acquisition of First Language).
The best write-ups should

- have LATEST views on L1 Theory, 
- explain the CORE of the theory, and 
- be COMPREHENSIBLE by the laymen (ie, limited use of jargon)

Please note, I am looking for the brief write-ups (eg, 5-20 pages),
not the books.

The answer would of course be your subjective opinion and I will
accept that.
