I am interested in purchasing high-quality 4 color offset
printing/finishing for a CD folder project we are working on along
with business cards, sell sheets and the like for various other
business ventures.

Cost is an important consideration, and I am trying to locate a
low-cost commercial printer, perhaps offshore, to handle these various
projects. Any assistance/recommendations in that regard would be
