The tests range from paper and pencil to integrated online tests that
can be administered from your own website. The majority of firms
located through a search for assessment testing software are
consultancies, many selling the same products. Instead, I'll send you

The most popular of the general employment assessment instruments
available for company or website licensing are produced by CCP, Inc.
"Among CPP's world-renowned brands are the Myers-Briggs Type

website. Software for LAN or website implementation are available
SkillsOne.com. The vast majority of testing websites utilize licensed

Wonderlic is an old name in the aptitude testing world. In addition to
the classic Wonderlic Personnel Test, they offer a variety of testing
software from other publishers. Wonderlic tests are available in
paper, PC, and online formats.

One of the most recent developments in the field of personality
testing in regard to employment related assessment is Wagner's new WAT
Inventory. There's not yet any commercial software available for
implementation of this instrument, however the background theory may
be of interest. The description of the test helps explain the concepts
that are central to acceptance of the validity of this, and other,
testing instruments.

Online Implementation of an IPIP Five Factor Personality Inventory
describes an ongoing project to validate a freely available
personality inventory for use on the WWW. This project is
non-commercial only, but I believe you'll be able to gain a feel for
the scope of your proposed project from the example of another.
