This response answered most of my question, but not all of it (specifically my first point, asking for recently completed apartment complexes). Given that this is a HIGHLY specialized area of research, I would not be surprised if this is the best (only) answer possible, but I would have appreciated being asked if getting part of my question answered was OK before getting a formal answer. |
