Sadly, eight children died in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. No children are listed as having died in the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, or two of the airplanes. Five children died on American Airlines Flight 77, which crashed into the south tower of the World Trade Center. Three children died on United Airlines Flight 175, which crashed into the Pentagon. I was wondering about that too. Nicely researched. |
