Affirmative. ;-)

Sorry but you have FAILED.

'Affirmative' was OK but the unnecessary, redundant and altogether
unsolicited ';-)' represented an adjectival embellishment that was
totally unacceptable, albeit crudely disguised.

You must now wear a dunce's cap and stand in a corner until further
notice.

Auggh. I didn't expect the Spanish Inquisition.

Well...

Yes, actually, I did. I figured there had to be a catch, and that I
would have to undergo some sort of cruel taunting in order to earn my
pay. Or at least a session in the Comfy Chair.

I will hang on to the tattered shreds of my self-respect by telling
myself that you weren't really taunting ME. You were taunting that
winking smiley emoticon that hitched a ride on my elegant one-word
answer, thereby overpunctuating the entire page and upsetting the
balance of the chronosynclastic infundibulum.

Thanx for the stars and the tip! I am so glad you relented at the last
minute. The quality of mercy, as the Bard tells us, is not strained.

It has lumps in it.

What's the "KR" mean?

I took the "KR" as standing for "Kind Regards," but it could be "Kid
Rock" or "King Richard" or even "Kinda Raunchy."

I did use it to mean 'Kindest Regards' but, now, ...

'Kinda Raunchy' sounds more appropriate.

Psssst..........Steph

I see your comment. I would say something funny here, but I am in a
lousy mood because I have a whopper of a backache, there are ticks in
my backyard that fall out of trees and land on people's scalps, and
one of my cats just gagged up a hairball on my keyboard.

Psssst Steph & Pinky

I suspect that the flood of Congratulatory Comments simply overloaded
the system or, maybe, it was the Snail Joke that slid in from
somewhere. Did you know that snails can sleep for THREE YEARS?

Many thanks to you and to Digsalot-ga, Pafalfa-ga, Hummer-ga, Leli-ga,
Answerfinder-ga, Politicalguru-ga, Easterangel-ga, Kriswrite-ga,
Bowler-ga & thx1138-ga and everyone else who contributed to the Great
Bandwidth Scare of June 16 2004. (Sorry, but I've had to rely on
memory.)

Oh and Congrats to Kristina on your Wedding Anniversary!

All the Very Best
