Hi tutuzdad,

I am not quite sure how to elaborate; it was the discussion question I
received from my law professor. How would you best interprete it and
that's how it should go. Not much help there, I'm afraid. I appreciate
your help on this and hope to have an answer from you soon.

Thanks,
tigerlily
