Could you please find an internet site with details of past 'NFL
supplemental drafts'?  eg. draft order etc.

I have found a site that lists the players taken in the supplemental
draft from 1982-2003.  I'm fairly sure that the order provided in this
site is the order in which the supplemental draft proceeded.  In any
event, it's an authoritative site.

Would this be a sufficient answer?

NFL.com has a page for drafts by year (as well as by team, etc.) from
1982-2002, plus a page for the 2003 draft.  In years where
supplemental drafts were held, the supplemental selections are
indicated within the list of all players drafted.
