Last year I booked a Villa in Mallorca in the late offers section for
only £200 per week (flights not included). Last year we booked with
jamesvillas.com I am finding it more difficult to find another villa
at this price. We can leave JUNE/JULY. We are looking for a villa
below £400 with pool and flights from Glasgow around £400 for two
people.

I've found that EasyJet will get you to Palma Mallorca and back for
under £400 for two people:

flexible web fare 51.49 GBP (phone fare 53.99 GBP)  

Return:

departs Palma (Majorca) at 12:45, arrives London Luton at 14:15
flexible web fare 67.99 GBP (phone fare 70.49 GBP)  

 Tuesday 22 July, flight 73 
departs London Luton at 16:20, arrives Glasgow at 17:35
flexible web fare 11.49 GBP (phone fare 13.99 GBP) 


I highly recommend making the connection in London, as it appears to
me that it saves you at least a hundred pounds.  If you'd prefer, you
can take the train from Glasgow to London, catch an EasyJet flight to
Mallorca, and still stay under your spending limit.
