   I am looking for details of companies and contact person of US
companies looking for outsourcing partners in India for Software
development work. Ideally, I am looking for such companies in next 2
weeks time.

   Ideally, I am looking for US companies looking for small Offshore
partners (not more than 100 resources). These USA companies revenue
should be in range of 10-100 million USD.

I know you guys work on the cheap in India but you’re asking someone
to do a lot of research for a measly $2.  You want the name of the
company AND contact info for a person inside the company?  Ha!  You're
a funny guy!  Good luck with that.

   Its not matter of cheap! We do have highly trained man power and
they come at premium. We dont sell software cheap.

   Now coming to the point, even Hoovers (marketing research
companies) sell at 2 USD per lead and 799 USD for 1000 odd leads, so I
am not being cheap! Right?

   If you are sure you can provide me 5 genuine leads, I am ready to
pay 20 USD.
