explains why you found no website at that address.

Do you happen to remember the name of the person you saw on C-SPAN? It
might be possible to locate the site (which may be spelled in a
variant way) by searching for the name of the individual.

Sorry, I don't know who said it. I believe I was watching a panel
discussion with several people, one of which was Christopher Hitchens.

have found links to information on the person you are seeking and a
description of the panel discussion you must have been watching. 
Would this information (and a description of how I found it) be a
