What is the business model of mail order computer trainer,"Video
Professor?"
I understand that they give away their software free but chare a $6.95
S & H fee. Is the 1st cd just a teaser and do users have to purchase
the advanced training cds at as greater cost? Any online articles
about this company or other information source would be helpful.

Thanks

I can't provide a business model, but I would like to point out that
the cost of producing those free samples, plus the actual cost of
shipping them, is almost certainly lower than $6.95. Even if the
customer doesn't sign up for subsequent CDs at a higher cost, Video
Professor still makes money from the distribution of the "free"
product.
