TigerDirect.com had a deal where you could get a HandSpring Treo 180
for $150. You could get the $150 back as a rebate if you activated a
T-Mobile Internet (GPRS) plan of $19.99 or above (10MB or more). See
http://www.handspring.com/activate/

I bought one and activated it, not thinking it would be very good. I
love it. They are black and white, but I think that is fine. We want
to get 3 more of them for people in our office. One of the people has
an AT&T acct, the other 2 don’t currently have cell phones or PDA.
One of those 2 requires color.

I went to TigerDirect.com, but they don’t have any left.
ComputerGeeks.com does have them (for $175), but I don’t know if the
rebate apply.

My questions are:
-	Where can a deal be had on the color version for the guy that needs
color. We prefer T-mobile for the service provider?
-
-	I noticed that the keys don’t light up on my Treo 180. Is there an
inexpensive model that has key that light up, but is still black and
white. I know that the Treo 270 has it, but it is expensive because
it is color?

-	What can I do about the guy that has a AT&T phone and will be
switching to a Treo 180, it will cost $200-$300 to get out of the AT&T
contract. I guess I might as well get him a Treo 270 for $400 which
uses the AT&T network.
http://www.handspring.com/promos/att_promo.jhtml. Either way we pay.
Is there anyway out of paying $200-$400 since he just needs black and
white.

-	ComputerGeeks.com has the 180 for $175, but I don’t know if the
rebate apply. Does it?
