In chapter seven of the book 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad', Robert Kiyosaki
writes:

"I found a job with Xerox Corp. I joined it for one reason, and it was
not for the benefits. I was a shy person, and the thought of selling
was the most frightening subject in the world. Xerox has one of the
best sales-training programs in America."

What is it that makes Xerox’s sales training so great?

Xerox sales training teaches the reversal of conventional sales
wisdom. In other words you endeavor to focus on customer service
first. Further more you need to plant the seed so the prospect will
believe they came up with the idea.
