There used to be a CD-ROM for sale that contained over 100 templates
for writing various letters. This meant if you wanted to write a
letter of complaint, a letter of application, of acceptance, etc. it
would have most of it done for you, you’d just have to fill in the
blanks. The CD-ROM's not available anymore, but surely there would be
something similar on the internet.

Hi! I was able to find samples of such a letter but only in html so
you might just want to copy and paste it in Word.
