Is it possible that you've gotten your facts wrong? There are two
geographical locations in/near Sydney, one called "The Rocks" and one
called "Darlinghurst". Could it be an unknown business located in one
of these areas by chance?

There is a Rocks and Darling Harbour in Sydney. Perhaps the restaurant
is in the area of the harbour.
