I would like information on sandblasting interior and exterior wood.  I have 
heard that one can sand blast painted wood trim (such as crown 
mouldings or wainscoting) as an alternative to sanding with sandpaper or 
using chemicals or heat.

i have not heard of sandblasting wood, i think this would leave sand
particles embedded in the wood. if it is done, it would be using that
white silica sand.

i have heard of people using high pressure washers to peel old paint
off housing and that type of work. by high pressure washers i mean
water. these are available at any place that rents equipment
