I was 2www.trs.state.tx.us and wanted a form (TRS228A).  It is a US
income tax form.  The answer was "internal error".  Is there somwhere
else to go for this form?  The border of the opened page said, 228A
Rev 05 FEB 03.pdf.  I have a PDF reader in my syatem.

It opened just fine for me so there are several possibilities:

1. There was an error on their web site that has now been fixed. Try
again.

2. You have an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer
than it would like to see. Try updating your reader at Adobe.com -
free Acrobat Reader.

3. Go to the page again, but instead of clicking the link to form
TRS228A, RIGHT click it and choose save target as on the menu that
pops up. Save it on your hard drive somewhere easy to find. When
downloaded, double click that file and Acrobat Reader should open the
file locally for you.

Do let me know if this helps. If not, try to open another .pdf file
from another website. If that does not work, you know the problem is
with your installation of Acrobat Reader.
