Could you explain what you mean by the phrase "how many does he left"?

How is that different from the first part of your question?

Michael Dell's last sale of Dell Computer stock was reported in an SEC
Form 4, "Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership," which
indicates that he sold 1 million shares:

The same report indicates that he has 286,126,591 shares in direct
holdings, family limited partnerships and the company's 401(k) plan. 
The notice of the company's annual report also indicates that he has
options exercisable within 60 days on 12,2189,667 shares, giving him a
total ownership of about 300 million shares or 11.6% of the company:
