I am looking for a recent, (one month old maximum I'm pretty sure),
news story that talks about a school voucher program somewhere in the
US.  One of the main points in the story was that although most
opponents of vouchers complain that they don't cover enough of the
cost of tuition at other schools, that people in this story were doing
just fine on that count.
