I am looking for survey results (2002-2003) of executives (CEO, CFO,
VP Sales) of the top challenges they are facing in:
1a. A broad sense (for example: business development, e-business,
competition, IT, increasing costs)
and
1b. Issues specific to sales/marketing/communications (for example:
decreasing new sales, capturing attention, distinguishing in
marketplace, low cost competition, increasing (identifying) ROI of
campaigns, creating a consistent message)
And survey results for the top complaints/problems they
(CEO,CFO,VP-Sales) have with
1. Marketing companies
2. Marketing efforts
I am interested in results from small to medium size businesses (1 to
50 million) in B2B services, manufacturing, and/or software
