journalist-ga's intuition -- Michael Stern is indeed the owner of
Excel Paving.  And I found out a bit of additional information as

No records showed the phone number that you identified in your
question...if you can tell me where you found that particular 908
number, perhaps I can tie it to Excel Paving in some fashion.

http://www.brickchamber.org/memberby.asp as being 732, not 908.  I
phoned the number you posted and got a "not in service" message.  I
phoned the one from the Brick Township Chamber of Commerce and got a
recorded message (from the owner, I presume).
