Thank you for your request for clarification. This was not included in
the original question and not all publications reveal these details.
For others, such as Shanakha, the address I gave *is* the address for
submissions, accoring to their site. They also add "Submissions
through the Web may be done using the Bengali Transliteration System.
After composing your article, press the Submit button, and type in
your name and address to continue with the submission. For questions
regarding Web submissions, please contact Dr. Anupam Bagchi via
telephone at (408)777-5842 or via E-mail to

As for the other publications, Sanhita Mallick is the editor of
Shatorupa; and in Desh Sunil Ganguly is the Associate Editor and
Amitabh Choudhury is the Editor.

The American Anupriyo also receives sometimes submissions in Bengali -

so I dont want to know the name of the magazine I want to know "whom to contact?"

Please let me apologise. 

Several names, such as the contacts to whom you should submit articles
to Shanakha were provided in the answer. However, it is not possible
(at least not to me) to get you all the names and contacts you're
looking for, for the fee you are offering.

Therefore, I'll ask the editors to read my answer and consider
removing it, so that other researchers would have the chance to
provide you with an answer.

I thing u r giving a service.Every body do'nt have lots of money.
Try to understand the need of customer first then try to answeer.
If u thing the money is not sufficient then dont give answeer but dont

I think it is wrong to give a one star with all of the hard work that
was done. You ask the researchers to think of YOU because you have
