Here are a few sites that discuss the effectiveness of the various
forms
of hair removal including permanent and semi-permanent procedures.
It might be important to keep in mind that  most hair removal
experts claim that electrolysis is the only real "permanent" hair
removal procedure. While some people may receive permanent results
from other procedures,  as a rule, these other methods would be
considered semi-permanent.
