Greetings, puetzchen!
The Google Directory is a copy of Directory Mozilla / Open Directory
Project (DMOZ/ODP).
I searched the web for a text string from your main page to see if
there was a possibility that you already had a different URL indexed
in the Directory, and that was why you were being refused.
I chose the string "Christine Altinay", and this is what I found:
The first URL listed, http://immobilien.8m.com , looked a lot like
yours.
However, when I went to that website, I couldn't find the string
"Christine Altinay". It looks like this site belongs to
http://www.kudasiproperties.com .
So I checked the Internet Archive Wayback Machine (
http://web.archive.org/collections/web.html ), where previous versions
of websites can often be found, and this is what I discovered:
http://web.archive.org/web/20011204193335/http://immobilien.8m.com/index.html
This WAS your site, but it looks like perhaps your registration for it
expired, and someone else took it over.
Back on the Google Search page
://www.google.com/search?q=%22Christine+Altinay%22
the 4th entry is
http://dmoz.org/World/Deutsch/Regional/Asien/T%FCrkei/Wirtschaft/Immobilien
(this is equivalent to the page in the Google Directory:
http://directory.google.com/Top/World/Deutsch/Regional/Asien/T%C3%BCrkei/Wirtschaft/Immobilien
)
On these pages, there is an entry
"Christine Altinay, Kusadasi - http://immobilien.8m.com
Hinweise für den Kauf von Immobilien und eigene Angebote."
So it looks to me as if the Directory Editors believe that your site
is already listed under the old URL http://immobilien.8m.com , and
that's why they're refusing to add your new URL
http://expert-immobilien.8m.com to the Directory.
Before Rating my Answer, if you have any questions about the
information I have provided above, please post a Request for
Clarification, and I will see what I can do for you.
