How does a nurse contribute to the management of patients with
breathing difficulties, with hydration and nutritional needs,
management of wounds by secondary and primary intention?

What is the primary DX for the difficulties? Your plan of care
(treatments) should change based on the underlying physiology of the
problem,.  COPD, Pneumonia, and riding the Tour de France all cause
resp. prolems and each has its own plan.
