What is the market size in revenues for personal content publishing
tools and services?  This would include services like Geocities,
Tripod,
Xanga, MoveableType, etc.  Current market size is the first
priority.  If possible I would like to know if there are any
projections for future years through 2008.  Would also appreciate any
information quantifying total users in the same way.
